We apply three key beliefs to our work:

First, we have documented that the more media channels in which we engage in a dialogue with the customer, the more valuable that customer becomes to our clients. So if a customer interacts with you through one channel, they are worth a certain dollar amount per year; if they connect through two channels, they are worth approximately 20 percent more. And if they interact through three channels, they can be worth up to 35 percent more per year.

Second, the more relevant or targeted the message is to the customer, the higher the ROI.

Finally, our branded advertising messages tell authentic and interesting stories and treat the customer with respect. We avoid exaggerated claims of product or service superiority. If it sounds like an ad, it will be received like an ad; but if it arrives as information the customer needs, sales will increase.
